Senior Manager, Management Accounting

Due to impending maternity leave, we were approached to recruit a candidate who could offer stability, leadership and experience at a time of potential upheaval. Applicants were required to provide timely, accurate and relevant financial advice to senior executive staff, while adopting staff management responsibilities for six to seven employees. Due to the specific nature of the role, previous knowledge of the Public Service was preferable and we were able to source relevant candidates via a combination of search and external advertising. The successful candidate achieved all of the pre-requisites and continues to offer real value for money to our client.
