Assignment

One of the leading companies in specific distribution, part of an international group with its corporate HQ in France, asked us to search for their next Operations Director. The ideal candidate would be responsible for running the entire Belgian distribution network and have responsibility for over 500 staff.

Solution

Potential candidates needed to not only have a previous track record within a logistics environment but also demonstrate prior experience of trade union negotiations. Following extensive research, we determined a target list of around 12 companies.

Result

We managed to find many potential candidates in a short timeframe but only four were shortlisted. We took great care in finding candidates who would fit in with the company culture and the personal style of the management team.
