One of the leading integrated building materials solutions providers in the Czech Republic with operations in more than 50 countries around the world, approached Hays Executive to recruit an HR Planning and Development Director for one its business units.

Solution

After the job profile was finalised, we started the search process according to our methodology. Our research team approached five of our client’s competitors, which resulted in two highly experienced professionals expressing their interest in the roles.

Result

We presented the two candidates within two weeks. Both were invited to interview and the client decided not to see any more candidates, as they were happy with the calibre of individual provided. After many rounds of interviews, conference and video calls, the candidate was offered the job, which was accepted. Hays Executive managed to source exceptionally highly skilled individuals and we have since collaborated with the client on further assignments.
