Hays Executive was asked to recruit a Product Manager responsible for establishing new product in the Czech market for a fast growing multinational insurance company. They approached us because of our track record in the insurance industry.
Solution
A highly proactive executive search methodology was adopted given the high profile of the job. Operating on a retained basis, a hybrid approach of executive search was carried out. Assisted by our in-house research team, 10 organisations were identified and selected product managers were approached. Responses were screened and suitable qualified candidates interviewed.
Result
A selected shortlist of four qualified candidates was provided to the client within five weeks. After the client conducted a series of interviews, they offered the job to one of the candidates. Hays Executive completed several verbal references and assisted in finalising contracts. The successful candidate accepted the offer.
