We were approached by a major Spanish logistics company to search for a new CEO as their current one was about to retire.
Solution
The challenge was to find candidates that would complement the current CEO, since they would need to work together for over a year until his retirement. Another requirement was to introduce candidates that were not known by our client.

Once we defined the job description and target companies, we started with the search, which was carried out by our team of researchers and the Life sciences Practice manager. We conducted a very exhaustive and direct search of candidates, contacting more than 40 professionals.
