Assignment

Our client is a European group with interests in a range of diverse industry sectors including a plastics factory in France. The French site had a history of workforce issues and had trouble maintaining a stable management team. As a result of previous contact we had with this multi-specialist firm that included a plastics factory in France, we were tasked with finding suitable candidates for this sensitive role.

Solution

As well as identifying candidates with the right industry experience, our research team had to make sure that we were able to identify individuals who could adapt to this volatile environment while bringing long term stability to the site. The key issue was to find someone to manage local interests and defend group strategy.

Result

Our knowledge of foreign-owned businesses in France enabled us to target relevant organisations and individuals. From this list we contacted candidates who had similar experiences and who were capable of managing both the local demands and the group expectations.
