Assignment
As a result of an international partnership with Hays, one of the biggest names in medical devices approached us to recruit two Area Managers to reorganize their salesforce in central and northern Italy after a period of high turnover. The HR Manager for Italy and Greece chose Hays because of our market expertise and our head hunting, advertising and networking approach.
Solution
Having shortlisted six candidates, interviews were subsequently carried out by the Sales Director and the Head of HR.
Result
The client appointed two candidates from our original shortlist.
