Assignment

A leading company in the energy sector engaged us to search for an Expediter for their Italian HQ in Milan. The HR Manager assigned the search at first to two competitors but after an unsuccessful outcome decided to partner with Hays for their specialization in the industry/engineering sector.

Solution

We identified three potential candidates, with both technical knowledge and strong experience in the field. The interviews took place in the company’s office in Milan and the HR Manager met all the candidates giving immediate feedback to Hays. The total process was concluded with a placement after two interviews.

Result

The whole process took two months and the candidate started in Milan successfully. The client assigned other jobs to Hays due to the quality and results of the search.
