One of the largest global public works and civil construction companies asked us to present a proposal to identify talent with geographical mobility to fill several positions in a new branch. The project also involved carrying out a thorough search in the country where our client wanted to set up operations.
Solution
We decided to present an international talent benchmarking proposal in order to meet our client’s the expectations. Our solution involved providing a thorough overview of the country’s market where the new office was to open. Hays’ research team adopted an international strategy to identify the best profiles, which were subsequently presented to the company.
Result
The client received all relevant information on the engineering market, as well as existing profiles, salary structures and availability for new projects. The client’s objectives were met and this allowed for clear, direct communication and the involvement of our international research capability.
