The Challenge

A renowned pharmaceutical company tasked us area to define new roles in the therapeutic sector, which were to be introduced in Portugal.

Solution

We delivered the following existing profiles working for their competitors, qualifications, professional experience, wage policies and motivations for new projects. As the client was not interested in integrating the candidates in the near future, we proposed a Talent Benchmarking project. We also suggested giving support throughout the interviews, having assessed candidates’ potential in a previously set period of time.

Result

We presented the study after six weeks, making a precise identification of the organic structure of the therapeutic area. The client received a report on our market assessment, including our list of the most successful candidates, as well as salary packages and motivators. After three months, our consultants were then called to approach the candidates identified to assess their potential and desire for a new challenge.
