One of the world’s leading Real Estate Investment Managers approached tasked us with finding a Senior Asset Manager in the Nordics. We were chosen as their executive search partner due to our in-depth understanding of the specifics of the Swedish real estate market and the international expertise required.

Solution

We were able to offer a targeted search and selection process, taking into consideration the specific requirements of the role and the cultural differences between Swedish working practices and those in France/England. A specialist consultant, working in conjunction with our research team, carried out the mapping. The process was dealt with the highest discretion and a shortlist of four candidates was presented within five weeks.

Result

Our experience in dealing with international clients and assignments ensured that the negotiation and appointment formalities passed without a hitch. The chosen candidate started three months after her first contact with the client. We are proud to say that we are this organisation’s chosen executive search partner and have so far recruited three further individuals for their Nordic HQ in Stockholm.
