An award-winning global leader in hardware and software solutions for eye tracking needed to start up a direct sales force. We were tasked with finding a European Sales Manager and had to identify outstanding individuals with extensive international sales experience within the biotech industry.
Solution
We were able to offer a targeted search as well as a brand building advertisement in one of Sweden’s biggest newspapers. A shortlist of four candidates, all with extensive sector sales experience, was presented to the client within six weeks.
Result
Following extensive interviews, the client quickly decided to appoint one of the candidates. We were contacted again a few weeks later to discuss the recruitment of the remainder of the sales team.
