UK Equity Banks Analyst

A fully retained assignment which was specified to attract a senior and highly rated UK banks analyst from a competitor bank. A full mapping produced a list of the top twenty or so analysts, each of whom was approached. As the process developed the client amended the head count approval in order to cater for a team solution. A short list of 3 teams was agreed with the client and one team of two senior analysts and one junior was identified as the prime target. The compensation negotiations were complex and involved final main bank board approval for sign-off before the hires were completed. The client has recently expressed how pleased he is with the success now being achieved by the team in place.
