Steve joined Hays in 1995 and working for Hays Construction & Property Division he was focused on recruiting for the public sector market. As such he has extensive experience of supplying into both housing and public services departments within local authorities, housing associations and other public sector bodies. In this time Steve was successful in winning major supply contracts with Brighton & Hove City Council, Chelmsford Borough Council, Peabody Trust Housing Association and The Natural History Museum.

Steve specialises in recruiting senior interim candidates within central government, local government and the health sector. Steve provides unique support in the completion of critical interim management projects. He is focused on delivering effective and cost efficient services which compliment organisation’s existing recruitment methods. Steve focuses on a range of job roles from senior project/programme manager up to Chief Executive addressing such functions as operations and commercial management, improvement and performance, strategy and policy and change/transformation. Steve has successfully recruited for The Department of Health, The Ministry of Justice, The Home Office, Nottinghamshire County Council and London Borough of Haringey.
