A successful global pharmaceutical business is looking to strengthen its operations in Poland and are looking to recruit an ambitious, business-focused individual to take on the role of Business Finance Manager.
Reporting to the CFO, you will be responsible for the commercial control and business decisions support as well as providing comprehensive business information. Your main focus will be to analyse business performance, including financial modelling on sales and marketing activities performance, pricing support programs and revenue generation for all products and categories.
Developing market strategy and providing analytical support, you will drive financial planning, business and profitability analysis, participating in annual budgeting and forecasting as well as corporate strategic planning. Working closely with sales, logistics and procurement departments, you will take part in ad hoc cross-functional projects. Your strategic and analytical skills will support market research data quantification and sales promotions evaluations.
A qualified accountant with a minimum of seven years’ experience in a finance/business controlling role, you will have had previous commercial exposure, ideally in a pharmaceutical business. Excellent communication skills and an excellent command of English are required together with a high proficiency with Microsoft Office, working knowledge of SAP or other ERP – knowledge of IMS will be a definite asset. Strong leadership skills, commercial acumen and direct management experience will be a plus.
