Assignment

We provided our services to help hire a Commercial Director for a client needing to bring its business to the next level in terms of sales and quality in their processes, and at the same time bring efficiency and productivity to its sales teams. In addition to technical expertise, the client was looking for a candidate with a strong network already built in the Chilean market, highly developed leadership and influencing skills and also culturally aligned to their leadership team, which was also undergoing many changes in the region.

Solution

We mapped the talent available for both the IT and software sectors, as well as other sectors where we could find relevant candidates, to get the widest talent pool possible. This helped to complete the client’s decision making process, by providing as much information as possible on the market as well as the consultative support that we delivered, especially during the offer stage of the recruitment process.

Result

Within 4 months we had completed the search project end to end, counting from the moment we first met with the client to discuss the requirements to when the candidate started working in his new role at our clients company.

We still work closely with this client helping them grow their business by recruiting for other key positions in their company.
