Hays Executive UAE was tasked with finding a CEO for a long-standing hospital group based in Bahrain. Due to the non-compete clauses in Bahrain we were required to find a suitable candidate that was open to relocate to Bahrain. Our local knowledge and strong regional network in the market allowed us to respond to our client’s requirements quickly and efficiently.

Solution

In close collaboration with the client’s Board, we defined the necessary competencies required for the CEO role. Our research team put together a longlist of 100+ candidates in which we identified 15 profiles who had the necessary expertise and were open to relocate to Bahrain.

Result

The Board shortlisted the top 10 candidates and over a 6-month period narrowed the shortlist to the chosen candidate. Our client was confident that the market was expertly mapped and extremely pleased with the outcome.
