After searching for a Chief Finance Officer for over 6 months, we were approached by a financial services company operating in Spain to support their recruitment with direct headhunting. Due to the aggressive growth stage of the Spanish operation and cultural aspects, the client was having difficulty in identifying and attracting the right talent for this critical role.

Given the dynamic growth of the European business, our client needed to appoint a qualified candidate with vast international experience and multicultural team management.
