A company in the luxury fashion world following the integration with the new American parent company involved us in the selection of the new Global FP&A Director.

In function of the CFO, the professional plays a strategic and decisive role in supporting the growth of the business according to the indications of the parent company.

 

Solution

Given the global responsibility of the role and the indispensable knowledge of the sector, Hays has mapped the market of direct competitors and companies with similar business flows, identifying the professional figures who hold the same role.

Hays met managers based in several European countries, in the Far East and in the USA in order to find the suitable manager.

 

Result

In three months, our team identified the ideal manager, also providing suggestions and support in the negotiation phase of the economic package and the comparison of economics with respect to the different cost of living between Italy and the candidate's country of origin.

Hays ha incontrato manager basati in diverse nazioni europee, nel Far East e negli USA al fine di individuare il manager idoneo.

In tre mesi il nostro team ha identificato il manager ideale, fornendo anche suggerimenti e supporto nella fase di negoziazione del pacchetto economico e di comparazione degli economics rispetto al differente costo della vita tra Italia e nazione di provenienza del candidato.
