We supported our client in their search for a Vice President to lead their Brazilian and Latin America businesses, with the challenge to develop integrated solutions for its customers, increasing its market share and reputation globally. In a second assignment we were tasked with seeking out a new CFO to lead the implementation of financial planning in all business units and to help make the company ready for its future growth plans.

Solution

For both assignments, Hays Executive worked in close collaboration with the client to get a detailed cultural profile of the company. This increased our ability to quickly identify suitable candidates that would match the company culture and act decisively when approaching them. The technology market is very agile and our client needed to make swift decisions, necessitating a fast response in identifying candidates.
