We were approached by one of the world’s most recognized clothing companies to recruit a CFO for their recently acquired subsidiary in Argentina. Our knowledge regarding the Argentine market and experience in the retail sector impressed our client, and allowed us to move quickly throughout the steps of the search project.
The Executive team carried out a breakdown of the organization’s requirements, including their culture and the strategy they had for this expansion. Afterwards we determined the competencies and skills required for this role, which enabled us to build an accurate and detailed profile of the ideal candidate. Relevant individuals were presented following a detailed search process to locate, contact and assess suitable talent.
After a careful screening and interview process, three individuals fit the profile we were looking for and the client was faced with the problematic of choosing among three very skilled candidates with similar characteristics. After applying one of the tools we use to assess culture and personality fit, we helped the client make a decision based on the correct motives.
