We were approached by one of the largest Banking organisations in the Middle East to carry out a highly confidential search for a Chief Legal Officer.

Solution

Due to the extremely large scope of the role, the candidate pool for this search was small. We produced a list of relative competitors and targeted suitable candidates within each organisation. Due to our strong network many of the candidates were already on our database.

Result

From a shortlist of five CVs the client interviewed two candidates and went on to offer one. Overall it was an extremely efficient process.
