Our client is a European group with focus on insurance, pensions and investments. Our contact for this search project was with a Regional Vice President based in north America who tasked us with finding suitable candidates for this sensitive role, that would be reporting to him from Chile.

Solution

As well as identifying candidates with the right industry experience, our research team had to make sure that we were able to identify individuals who could adapt to their dynamic environment. The fundamental concern was to find someone to manage local interests and at the same time preserve the groups policies.

Result

The appointed CIO has implemented a turnaround for the division, since he entered in a very complex period for the company – they recently had acquired another business in Chile and were expanding their service portfolio – now, guided by his previous experience in a similar situation, the company is expanding and looking to recruit even more skilled employees.
