Our client wanted to hire a Managing Director and HR Manager, but decided to combine these roles and employ one person - HR Director. The recruitment project took a long time due to the demanding profile and location of our client's company.
We have built a candidate profile and defined what kind of person it should be. HR Director was to deal with the change in the internal culture of the organization and employer branding. We decided to talk with people with extensive experience in company management and with experience in implementing changes in the area of HR.
After many conversations with interesting candidates, we presented the client with the three best candidates. Each of them did an additional personality test. The client decided to submit an offer to one candidate and it was accepted after satisfying negotiations for both sides. The employed person still successfully works for our client.
